Mondays fitness and drills are ideal for younger athletes. We’ve got training for sprints, throws, walks and distance running.

Monday 5-6
- General fitness with Matilda (6’s-12’s)
Tuesday 6:30-7:30
- Sprints with Nathan (9’s up)
- Walks and Middle Distance running with Dave (9’s up)
Wednesday 6:30-7:30
- Throws with Marie (7’s up)
Thursday 6:30-7:30
- Sprints with Nathan (9’s up)
- Walks and Middle Distance running with Dave (9’s up)
